Fixing Bodies and Dropping Knowledge

With a Master’s in Sports Medicine and a career that’s spanned athletic training, teaching, and clinical work, I’ve learned the body from every angle. I’m basically the Swiss Army knife of bodywork—practical, adaptable, and obsessed with results.

I’ve taught anatomy and therapeutic modalities in higher-ed, worked hands-on with athletes, and trained extensively in myofascial release, visceral manipulation (Barral method), Nervous system techniques (Primal Reflex Release Therapy) . My approach digs into how posture and movement patterns shape pain and performance, turning theory into real-world results.

Join my workshops to learn what actually works—evidence-based, hands-on tools you can use right away to get better outcomes for your clients (and a sharper edge for your practice).
